Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Split Energy Sdn Bhd

At Split Meter, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfactory experience. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there is an issue with your order, we offer a refund policy.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us directly within 14 days of receiving the product and provide your order number, reason for refund request, and any relevant information. Our team will review your request and determine if a refund is appropriate.

Please note that our refund policy only applies to purchases made on our website, www.splitmeter.my, and does not apply to purchases made offline or via other channels. Additionally, our refund policy is subject to change at any time without notice.

In order for the product to be eligible for a return, it must be:

  • purchased within the last 14 days

  • in the original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

  • products made to your specifications or clearly personalized

  • products that deteriorate rapidly or have an expiry date

  • products that for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned

  • products that after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We will not be responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment, so we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Also, we are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the product wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

For any refunds or returns, please note that shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount, and customers will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning the item. We also recommend that customers use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

In the event of a refund, please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account. This can vary depending on the payment method used and the financial institution involved. We value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service.
